Special Glassfiber Woven Fabrics and Other Coated Textile Products for Industrial Applications
These products are suitable for application in temperatures as high as 500 - 1000oC and are characterized by their low volume weight, resistance to heat shock and chemical corrosion (except hot phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and strong alkali), and convenient application. They find wide applications in the fields of thermal insulation, heat preservation, sealing, fire protection, energy saving and labor protection.

A. Glassfiber Bulk Yarns: It is a type of yarn formed by glassfibers through special treatment of bulking by compressed air. It combines the bulk property of staple fiber and the strength of continuous filament, featuring high temperature resistance (500oC), low thermal conductivity (lower than 0.035kcal/m.h.oC), corrosion resistance, high air containment and excellent filtration efficiency. As a new product without any harmful effects on human body, it is a good replacement for asbestos materials.
B. Woven Fabrics, Tapes and Packing of Glassfiber Bulk Yarns: The woven products of bulk yarns are characterized by their high strength, low density and excellent insulation properties. They are suitable for the applications in flexible or rigid tubing, heater, refrigerator, electric or thermal insulating covering for marine equipment, fireproofing casing or other protection coverings.

Slivers:
Glassfiber sliver is a wool-top shaped staple fiber product twisted by a special device. It is excellent in bulkiness, air containment, filtration efficiency and sound and heat insulation so that it is suitable for the applications in decorating wallcovering, pipe wrapping and waterproof roll roofing.

Bulk Yarns:
Glassfiber bulk yarn is manufactured by bulking processes of glassfibers through special compressed air devices. It combines the high strength of continuous filament and the bulk property of staple fiber. It is a heat and corrosion resistant, high air containing and efficient filtrating material without any harmful effects on human body so that it has been widely used at home and abroad.

Woven Fabrics of Bulk Yarns:
The filtration cloth and heat insulation fabrics woven by glassfiber bulk yarns are excellent replacement of asbestos products. The bulk tapes and ropes woven by bulk yarns can be used to replace asbestos as pipe wrapping, sealing packing and friction materials, which are widely found in the applications in manufacturing industries such as metallurgy and shipbuilding.
